We stayed at this hotel recently and had a fantastic experience. The location in an olive grove with modern sculptures was absolutely stunning. It gave the place a unique and artistic vibe that we loved.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Staff were very helpful and professional and the restaurant garden is a wonderful place to sit and relax.
Would have liked to walk up to the old town but the roads are too dangerous.

Enjoyed the renovation of the mill and the setting at the foot of Mougin. The food is excellent but pricey - an interesting alternative to classic French cusine, incorporating Asian influence and recent thinking about what's healthy. Staff are very helpful and it is easy to communicate for English speakers.

The restaurant was fantastic, offering top-notch cuisine and a great selection of wine. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The art installations throughout the hotel were a unique and interesting touch. the hotel was in a prime location, with easy access to local attractions and transportation services. We also appreciated the complimentary chocolates left on our nightstand every day.
The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities, such as proper lighting and ample storage space. the room smelled slightly musty and could have benefited from better ventilation.

The whole hotel is gloomy and dark and could do with a redecoration in the communal areas. We could not eat in the restaurant as a huge group had been booked in. We were told about this by email 4 days before travelling. Our taxi cost 40 euros to eat in the only place we could which was Mougins village. Very disappointing.

We love the cuisine
The rooms were very old and the room we have reserved i.e. junior suite with balcony, was not given to us eventually.

Loved it. You come here for the food and for the food only. And indeed, dinner at this famous gourmet restaurant is still an incredible experience, even with Roger Vergé gone, and worth the entire trip. Simply divine.
The bedrooms are nothing particularly amazing but fine. Same goes for the simple but okay breakfast buffett. Although you'd think the latter had room for improvement, considering the quality of the cuisine at the place...

Only the restaurant was good once and it is still decent, however they lost its two Michelin stars
1. The rooms are very small and not clean. Refurbishment done long time ago, and in some places the rooms look really used. It also was cold in the rooms, and we could not get a heater. 2. The hotel faces highways on both sides of the hotel, and it is very noisy. You really cannot open a window 3. The service is extremely poor and slow. I spoke twice with the reception, trying to get a heater and change the room to a cleaner one - the duty manager never (!) called back. Only when I took the names of all the reception staff (Gael and Jessica) and threatened to publish negative reviews with their names on Internet, I got an answer. Still the general manager Vincent Lecouyer never called me back.

Enjoyed the prime location of the hotel, close to both Cannes and Mougins, which made it easy to attend business meetings nearby. Appreciated the beautiful olive grove and modern sculptures that gave a great view. the rooms were tastefully decorated with great attention to detail.
The lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to see oneself in the mirror. the breakfast was quite disappointing for the price, lacking a variety of foods offered.

A beautiful building and gardens, convenient for Mougins . The installation Art exhibition made it feel special .
The rooms were grubby and smelled of stale cigarette smoke (even though we'd requested non-smoking) we even had missing floor tiles in our bathroom. . Considering the hotel's culinary reputation the breakfast was limited in choice and sparse and as there was noone around to check on the provisions and serve us throughout the coffee machine ran out of water after the first cup ! A big disappointment ...
